The Problem

The Problem

For a major B2B client like Inktel, driving lead generation requires a sophisticated digital presence that also maintains an engaging community culture. The objective was to restructure their social media architecture and develop comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns to position them as industry authorities.

The Process

The Process

Working alongside the broader agency team, I took ownership of key digital workflows to ensure sustainable pipelines and cohesive brand messaging.

  • Social Architecture: I conducted a full brand audit and developed a new, highly structured social media calendar. The content strategy balanced high-value B2B lead generation assets with community-focused office culture content to build brand affinity.

  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: I directed and executed a comprehensive case study campaign across multiple platforms. This included designing social graphics, producing short-form video reels, and writing a targeted three-part email nurture sequence.

  • Content Production: I established a clear visual and tonal standard for outbound client communications, ensuring every touchpoint felt authoritative yet accessible.

The Results

The Results

The strategic updates provided Inktel with a clear, actionable pipeline for both lead generation and brand building. By successfully executing these comprehensive digital ecosystems alongside the agency team, my initial ten-week summer internship was extended into an ongoing remote marketing role for the Fall 2026 semester.
