ASIAN KALEIDOSCOPE MONTH
Role: President & Co-Fashion Show Director
Timeline: 3 Years
Deliverables: Cultural Strategy, Editorial Campaigns, Event Production

The Problem

The Problem

Asian Kaleidoscope Month is a massive cultural organization that required a unified creative vision to connect its varied programming. Over three years of leadership, my objective was to evolve the brand from standard student programming into a highly produced, narrative-driven cultural platform. The goal was to elevate both the visual identity and the logistical execution of our largest events.

The Process

The Process

I focused on merging operational leadership with high-end creative direction to scale the organization's cultural footprint.

  • Structural Leadership: Serving as President, I revamped the organization's constitution and internal operations. This structural shift was designed to prioritize sustainable planning and provide the foundation needed for larger, more ambitious productions.

  • Editorial Campaigns: I directed the Cadenza visual campaign to celebrate pan-Asian heritage. Utilizing rich textures and warm, golden styling, the shoot captured diverse community identities ranging from Indo-Caribbean to West Asian and Southeast Asian cultures.

  • Event Production: After previously directing the annual cultural pageant, I am currently serving as Co-Fashion Show Director to revive a forgotten community tradition. I secured a strategic partnership with the MODE agency to build a cinematic, storyline-focused runway production.

The Results

The Results

By combining rigorous planning with editorial execution, we successfully elevated the organization's brand presence. The Cadenza campaign established a new standard for visual storytelling within the community, while our operational improvements paved the way for our upcoming collaborative fashion show, which is scaled to host over 400 attendees. Ultimately, this multi-year strategy positioned the organization as a premier creative force on campus.
